Yes! We want you to be completely satisfied with our service, so we encourage you to try us out. If VMBox doesn't meet your needs, simply contact us within 3 days (72 hours from your invoice date/time) for a full refund. Please note that there are no refunds are provided when a TOS/AUP breach has occurred.
Yes! Please contact us to upgrade or downgrade - only a reboot is required. If you are upgrading, you will be asked to pay the difference between your current plan and your new one. If you are downgrading, you must ensure that your server will have ample free space at the lower plan.
We provide instant provisioning upon payment unless we are out of stock.
Please ensure your billing information is accurate otherwise provisioning may be delayed by our anti-fraud systems. If you do not receive an email after payment, please check your spam/junk folder. You can also find a copy of any email we have sent you in your WHMCS Client Area.
We bill monthly in advance, starting from your sign up date. If you wish to pay quarterly or annually please don't hesitate to contact us.
No! All of our plans are month to month and you may cancel at any time.
We offer additional IPv4 addresses at a cost of $2 each, to purchase please submit a ticket.
